Payment and Banking

1. I have made a withdrawal from BistCapital to my own account, but I have not yet received my funds. Why?

The process of transferring funds from BistCapital to your personal account consists of three steps:

The withdrawal request on the platform.
Review your documents and send the form that must be completed and signed by the customer.
Approval of your withdrawal and withdrawal of funds in your personal account.
Normally, once the request is made an email will be generated receiving the request, which you will receive within 30-60 minutes.

Then the withdrawal department will contact you to send you the corresponding form for the operation and, if necessary, request again the documents for account verification.

Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note, that this process may take up to 10 business days while the funds are being paid into your personal account.

For example:

  • Alicia decides to withdraw $500 USD from BistCapital and transfer them to her personal account. After making the request, you will have to wait until the platform system creates the transaction and transmits it.
  • As soon as the transaction is made, Alicia receives a confirmation email of receipt of the request. At this time, the transaction is still in process (unconfirmed) and the requested capital will remain pending.
  • After this, Alicia will receive an email from the withdrawal department, which will send her the form corresponding to the operation and, if necessary, request again the documents for account verification.
  • If all goes well, the system will confirm the transaction and Alicia will receive a withdrawal request approval email. And your money will be sent effectively.

There may be significant delays in processing the transaction due to system congestion.

Depositing funds into your trading account can be made in multiple ways, using major credit cards, e-payments and bank transfers.

You can open your trading account without having to deposit. However, in order to start trading and get unlimited access to our professional services, you need to fund your account with a minimum of $250.

Withdrawal processing time is between 7-10 business days. Typically, the funds will be displayed on your bank statement a few days after the transaction has been processed, as the withdrawal procedure additionally requires your credit card company and bank’s approval.
